Editing your application after submitting

The SBI Asha Scholarship Application Editing Window provides applicants with an opportunity to correct eligible information or replace documents in an application that has already been submitted. If you have made a mistake in your application or need to update any editable details, you can use this opportunity to review and make the necessary corrections through your application dashboard.

When Will the Editing Window Be Available?

The Application Editing Window will be available from 4 September 2026. Applicants who have already submitted their applications can log in to the SBI Asha Scholarship portal and check their Application Dashboard for the available editing option.

The availability of the editing option and further instructions may also be communicated through the applicant's registered email address. Therefore, applicants are advised to regularly check their registered email inbox, including the Spam/Junk folder, for important notifications.

What Can You Do During the Editing Window?

Once the editing option becomes available, eligible applicants can review their submitted application and make corrections to the editable information and documents, as permitted by the scholarship portal.

Applicants should carefully review all relevant sections, including personal details, family information, academic details, uploaded documents, and bank account information. Any information that is corrected should be accurate and supported by valid documents.

Important: Use the Editing Opportunity Carefully

Applicants will be provided only one opportunity to edit their submitted application. Therefore, do not make changes without first reviewing the entire application carefully.

Before submitting the edited application, check every section and ensure that all information is correct and matches the supporting documents. It is recommended to make all required corrections at once rather than using the editing opportunity without reviewing the complete application.

What Happens After the Editing Window Closes?

Please ensure that all necessary corrections are completed and the application is resubmitted before the editing window closes.

Once the editing window closes, the application cannot be edited. Therefore, applicants are strongly advised not to wait until the last moment to make corrections.
