Step-by-Step Guide: How to Fill the Document Details Section

Step 1: Open the Document Details Page

  • After completing your personal and education details, the Document Details section will open.

  • Keep all your required documents ready before you begin.


Step 2: Upload Your Photograph (If Required)

  • Click on the Upload button next to the photograph field.

  • Select a clear, recent passport-size photo from your device.

  • Make sure your face is clearly visible.


Step 3: Upload Your Aadhaar Card

  • Click Upload next to the Aadhaar Card field.

  • Select a clear scanned copy or photo of your Aadhaar Card.

  • Ensure your name and Aadhaar number are readable.


Step 4: Upload Your Latest Marksheet

  • Upload your latest available marksheet.

  • Make sure the marksheet is complete and easy to read.

  • Do not upload screenshots or cropped images.


Step 5: Upload Your Income Certificate

  • Upload a government-authorized annual family income certificate.

  • Check that the document is valid and all details are clearly visible.


Step 6: Upload Your Admission or Bonafide Certificate

  • Upload your Admission Certificate or Bonafide Certificate, if required.

  • Ensure the certificate contains your name, college name, and course details.


Step 7: Upload Any Other Required Documents

  • If the portal asks for additional documents, upload them in the correct field.

  • Make sure you upload the correct document for each section.


Step 8: Check Every Uploaded Document

  • Open each uploaded file and confirm that:

    • It is the correct document.

    • The document is clear and readable.

    • Nothing is cut off or blurred.


Step 9: Save Your Progress

  • Once all the documents are uploaded successfully, click Save & Continue.

  • Wait for the page to save before moving to the next step.


Common Mistakes to Avoid

Uploading blurred or unreadable documents.
Uploading the wrong document in the wrong field.
Uploading screenshots instead of scanned copies (unless allowed).
Uploading expired or invalid certificates.
Forgetting to upload a mandatory document.
Closing the page before the upload is complete.

  • Keep all your documents ready before starting.

  • Upload documents only in the requested format and file size.

  • Make sure every document is clear, complete, and readable.

  • Double-check each uploaded file before clicking Save & Continue.

  • If a document fails to upload, refresh the page after a few minutes and try again with a stable internet connection.
