I'm not receiving my OTP. What should I do?
An OTP usually arrives within a minute. If it doesn't, try these steps in order:
1. Check your phone's signal or your internet connection.
2. Confirm the mobile number or email address you entered is correct — a single wrong digit will send the OTP elsewhere.
3. For email, check your spam or junk folder.
4. Wait a short while, then use the Resend option.
It still isn't arriving. What now?
If you've tried the above and still have no OTP, contact the helpline — see “Support contact details and hours” in the Support & Communication category — with the number or email you're trying to use.
