Special Cases & Exceptions
Q: My previous semester's result has not been declared by the university yet. What should I do?
A: If you believe your pending result will be announced before the scholarship deadline (September 4th), it is best to wait a few days and upload the complete result. However, if the deadline is approaching and the result is still not declared, you may upload your latest available marksheet.
For example, if you are in your 3rd semester and your 2nd-semester result is delayed, you can upload your 1st-semester marksheet.
Q: I have taken a gap year. Which marksheet should I provide?
A: You should upload the final marksheet from your last active academic year prior to taking the gap.
Q: I do not have the original hard copy of my marksheet yet, only the internet result.
A: You can upload a clear PDF of your online result, provided it clearly displays your Name, Roll/Registration Number, Institution Name, and marks.
Q: My university only provides a CGPA, not percentages. Is this acceptable?
A: Yes. Please upload the official CGPA marksheet. The evaluation panel will convert your CGPA to a percentage based on standard university conversion formulas to determine your eligibility.
