Accepted File Formats and Sizes

To ensure your documents can be uploaded and verified successfully, they must meet the file format and size requirements.

Accepted File Formats

The following file formats are accepted for document uploads:

• PDF

• JPG

• PNG

File Size Limits

• The maximum file size is 5 MB per document.

• Where graduation marksheets are combined into a single PDF, a file size of up to 10 MB may be accepted.

Uploading Clear Documents

Before uploading, ensure that your documents are clear, complete, and easy to read. Scan or photograph documents in good lighting and check that all information is visible. If your file exceeds the size limit, you may reduce the scan resolution slightly or compress the file, provided the document remains legible.

If Your File Is Not Supported

If your document is in a format other than PDF, JPG, or PNG, convert it to one of the accepted formats before uploading. Most smartphones, scanners, and document applications provide options to save or convert files into these formats.
