If a student's tuition fee is fully covered by the Government and, therefore, no tuition fee receipt is available, the student may upload proof of other education-related expenses incurred during the current academic year.

Applicants can submit the following supporting documents, as applicable:

  • Laptop or Computer purchase bill/invoice

  • Bicycle (Cycle) purchase bill/invoice

  • Books or Study Materials purchase receipt

  • Hostel Fee Receipt

  • Mess Fee Receipt

  • Library Fee Receipt

  • Laboratory Fee Receipt

  • Examination Fee Receipt

  • Any other receipt or bill related to educational expenses

Important Guidelines

  • The submitted document(s) should clearly indicate the education-related expense.

  • The document(s) should be clear, legible, and valid.

  • Applicants should ensure that the uploaded document(s) pertain to the current academic year, wherever applicable.

Students whose tuition fees are fully sponsored by the Government may use the above documents as supporting evidence of educational expenses during the application process.
