What categories does the Programme cover?


There are seven categories, covering different stages of education:

- School : students in Class 9 to 12.

- Undergraduate : students in an undergraduate programme at a qualifying institution.

- Postgraduate (Master's) : students in a Master's programme.

- Medical (MBBS) : MBBS students.

- IIT :  undergraduate students at the IITs.

- IIM : students in an MBA/PGDM at the IIMs.

- Overseas : students pursuing a Master's degree or above abroad.


How much is the scholarship for each category?

The scholarship amount is predetermined for each category and is awarded to each selected student on an annual basis. 


Class 9th to 12th: Up to 15,000/-

Undergraduate programme: Up to ₹75,000/-

Medical (MBBS): Up to ₹2,00,000/-

Master's programme: Up to  ₹1,50,000/-

Undergraduate from IITs: Up to ₹2,00,000/-

PGDM/MBA from IIMs: Up to ₹5,00,000/-

Master's and above from abroad: Up to ₹15,00,000/-


These amounts are for one academic year. For multi-year courses, the scholarship can be renewed each year for the remaining duration of the course, subject to continued eligibility. For the higher-education categories, you may also be asked for your total course fee and other educational expenses as part of the application.
