What Are the Renewal Eligibility Conditions?
To be a part of the renewal of SBI Asha Scholarship, you must continue to meet the Programme's renewal requirements. Renewal is available only to scholars who remain eligible throughout the duration of their course.
1. Continued Enrolment
You must:
Continue pursuing the same course at the same institution where you were studying when you were first selected for the scholarship.
Remain enrolled in your programme for the upcoming academic year.
Note: For college scholarship categories, your renewal will not be affected if your institution's latest ranking changes after your selection.
2. Eligible Year of Study
You must:
Continue to be in an eligible grade (for school categories), or
Be progressing through an eligible year of your course (for college categories), in line with the Programme's renewal policy.
3. Minimum Academic Performance
You must achieve the required academic performance in your latest examination or semester.
Important: These category-wise academic criteria apply every year when you renew your scholarship, not just during your first application.
How Does the Renewal Process Work?
If you meet the renewal eligibility criteria:
You will receive a renewal notification through email when the renewal window opens.
Complete and submit your renewal application within the specified timeline.
Upload the required documents:
Latest marksheet
Bonafide Certificate confirming your continued enrolment.
Your documents will be verified by the Programme.
Once verification is successful, your scholarship will be renewed for the next academic year.
