What happens if my uploaded document is unclear or unreadable?
All uploaded documents must be clear, complete, and easily readable to allow the Programme to verify the information provided in your application. If a document is blurred, cropped, incomplete, too dark, or otherwise unreadable, it may not be accepted during the verification process.
If the required information cannot be verified from the uploaded document, your application may be rejected or you may be asked to provide a clearer copy, where permitted by the Programme.
Before submitting your application, review each document to ensure that all pages are included, the text is legible, and the document is uploaded in the correct format and within the specified file size limits.
