Regional Language Documents

Academic certificates, income certificates, and other supporting documents issued in a regional language are accepted, provided they are original documents and meet the scholarship's document verification requirements.

Please keep the following points in mind:

• Documents must be issued by the appropriate authority. Income certificates should be issued by the Revenue Department or another authorized government authority. Academic certificates must be issued by a recognized school, board, university, or educational institution.

• Translation is not required. You do not need to translate your documents into English or Hindi before uploading them. The verification team is equipped to review documents issued in regional languages.

• Ensure all details are clearly visible. Official stamps, seals, signatures, dates, registration numbers, and the issuing authority's details should be clear and readable.

• Upload clear and complete copies. Avoid uploading documents that are blurred, cropped, incomplete, have glare or shadows, or contain missing pages.

• Use the accepted file formats. Documents should be uploaded in PDF, JPG, or PNG format and must comply with the file size limits specified on the application portal.

• Ensure your application details match your documents. The information entered in the application form should exactly match the details provided in the uploaded documents.

• Only upload genuine and readable documents. Documents that are altered, tampered with, incomplete, or illegible may not be accepted during verification. If the issuing authority's stamp, seal, or signature is unclear and cannot be verified, your application may be rejected.

Before submitting your application, review all uploaded documents carefully to ensure they are complete, clear, and accurately represent the original documents.
