The SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship Programme is intended to support students pursuing eligible full-time academic programmes at institutions that satisfy the prescribed programme guidelines. Applicants are advised to carefully review the eligibility requirements before submitting an application.
1. Online Degree Programmes
Students enrolled in online degree programmes are not eligible to apply for the SBI Asha Scholarship. The scholarship is intended for students pursuing eligible regular academic programmes in accordance with the programme guidelines.
2. Distance Education Programmes
Students pursuing their education through distance learning, correspondence, or other distance education modes are not eligible for the SBI Asha Scholarship.
3. Professional Courses (CA, CS, CMA , etc.)
Students pursuing the such professional qualifications are not eligible under the current scholarship guidelines:
Chartered Accountancy (CA),
Company Secretary (CS),
Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA), etc.
This applies irrespective of the mode of study. Therefore, applicants pursuing these professional qualifications through online, distance, correspondence, or any other mode are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
Important Note
Applicants are encouraged to carefully review all programme eligibility criteria before submitting an application. Only those enrolled in eligible programmes at eligible institutions, as specified under the SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship Programme guidelines, will be considered during the selection process.
